Heard learned Counsel for applicants and learned Counsel for respondent No.1.

Learned Counsel for applicants submits that, appeal was fled by respondent No.1 against the impugned judgment and award passed by learned member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Latur in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.255 of 2013. The said appeal is dismissed. Hence the applicants who are original claimants be permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation Pooja K.

{2} 929-CA-9450-2022 deposited by the Insurance Company with accrued interest. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader has no objection.

Considering the submissions of learned Counsel, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. 5.
