Therefore, the pleadings and grounds taken in the Petition remained uncontroverted on behalf of the Respondents. Once again the prayer is made for adjournment. The prayer stands rejected.

We direct Respondent No.2 to verify the statement made by the petitioner in

8014.18WP this Petition in the light of office record maintained including Award, and if the statement made in the Petition is in consonance with the office record and Award, in that case Respondent No.2 shall take appropriate steps as permissible in law to disburse the balance amount/remaining amount with accrued interest as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six weeks from today.
