Mr.Syed, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that large scale illegalities
have been committed by the Respondent Corporation in absorbing the services of the persons as Senior clerks etc. on the ground that they were working with erstwhile Grampanchayat. These persons were not employees of Grampanchayat nor were appointed. Large scale of malfeasance has been committed.

Mr.Narwadkar, learned counsel for the Respondent Corporation submits that those employees had approached this Court by filing W.P.No.1342/2012. The said Writ Petition was allowed vide order dated 14.8.2014. Pursuant to the said judgment, the Government has also approved their appointments.

In light of the fact that those persons had filed Writ Petition before this Court, the same Writ Petition being allowed and subsequently their appointments being approved by the Government, it will not be possible to accede the request of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner
further submits that in earlier Writ Petition filed by those employees, the relevant facts were suppressed from this Court.

The Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
