Heard learned counsel for applicant.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that while granting ad interim stay, this Court had directed the applicant to deposit the entire award amount along with interest accrued thereon. The appellant / applicant could not deposit the entire amount within stipulated time. Today applicant /

appellant is ready with the cheque of entire amount. Hence requested to allow the applicant to deposit the cheque of said amount and extend the time for depositing cheque. 3.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for applicant two weeks' time is extended for depositing the award amount.
