The present Civil Application has been filed for bringing on record the legal representatives of the Respondent Nos.12 and 24, who have died on 24th May, 2021 and 16th August, 2019 respectively. 2.

Since the application to the extent of Respondent No.12 is within limitation, it is partly allowed and his legal heirs are allowed to be brought on record.

So far as the Respondent No.24 is concerned, ex-facie there is a delay and there is no request for condoning the delay. 1/2

The learned advocate for the Applicant submits that he would amend the prayer. Amendment to be carried out immediately. 5.

The delay is condoned and application to the extent of Respondent No.24 is allowed and his legal heirs are allowed to be brought on record.
