The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have challenged the order passed by Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal rejecting the application for impleadment. He would further submit that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the main proceedings before the Tribunal have been decided and therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. He seeks liberty to challenge the final order passed by the Tribunal.
