Order :- 1.

The learned counsel for appellant submits that the learned Presiding Officer of Family Court erroneously computed arrears of maintenance and issued arrest warrant against appellant. Thereafter, punishment was also imposed on the appellant for ten months imprisonment. Being dissatisfied with alleged action, appellant preferred present appeal.

The learned counsel further submits that at this juncture there are no proceedings pending in the Family Court. The entire dispute about recovery of maintenance amount comes to an end, therefore, present appeal has become infructuous one and deserves to be disposed of.

In view of aforesaid submission, appeal stands disposed of as infructuous.
