Learned Advocate for applicant is absent. It appears that this Court by order dated 21.06.2023 taken a note of the statement on behalf of the applicant that the applicant would deposit amount of Rs.47,00,000/- within four weeks in two installments. Thereafter the matter proceeded and deposit of the amount was not made. Again on 02.08.2024 the learned Advocate for the applicant, on instructions, sought time of two weeks to deposit the amount. Still no evidence has been produced that such amount

922_Cri.Appln_1939_2023 has been deposited. In view of this position, the application stands dismissed.
