2) Counsel appearing for respondent/University submits that the proposal in respect of the petitioner along with relevant documents, was forwarded to Director of Higher Education, M.S.,Pune, who, in turn, transmitted the same to the Department of Higher and Technical Education, of the State Government and the State Government has taken a decision, rejecting the claim of the petitioner. Perusal of the impugned order reveals that there is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondents. There is only a direction to the respondents to consider the proposal of the petitioner. In this view of the mater, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
