This is an application by the applicant/wife seeking to transfer Petition No. A-481/2020 filed by the respondent/husband under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that respondent has no objection in granting the prayer of the applicant.

In view of above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'C', which reads thus :

"C. This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to order that, the proceeding bearing Petition No. A-481/2020 be transferred from the learned Family Court at Nashik to SG Punde

2 936MCA158.2021 learned Family Court at Ahmednagar and for that purpose issue necessary orders;"

The proceedings pending in the court of Family Court at Nashik shall stand transferred to the Family Court at Ahmednagar. 5.
