The respective applicants in all these applications have sought withdrawal of the entire deposited amount i.e. to say 60% of
4 941 to 949 ca 9989-22+ withdrawal the impugned awards. However, in other similar matters, the learned Division Bench of this court has passed an order dated 10th August, 2022, whereby the applicants therein are allowed to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount. As such, the similar order shall follow in these matters also. Accordingly, following order is passed.
ORDER
A) The respective applicants as shown in all these applications are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount of compensation, 50% on furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial) of this court and remaining 25%, on furnishing solvent security.
B) The remaining balance amount be deposited in FDR in any nationalize bank during the pendency of these appeals.
