Mr. Khande, learned Advocate appearing for petitioner submits that parties in Writ Petition are arrived at amicable settlement. The terms of settlement are placed before this Court, which are taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification.

Vide order dated 10.01.2025 this Court had directed parties to appear before Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Accordingly, parties alongwith with their Advocates presented themselves before Registrar (Judicial) of this Court for the purpose of settlement in terms of Award passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India vide order dated 30.07.2024, who recorded his satisfaction as to terms of settlement and agreement of parties. All parties have

In that view of the matter, writ petition stands disposed of in terms of settlement arrived between parties.

In view of disposal of writ petition, pending Civil Application also stands disposed of.
