CORAM: S.S.SHINDE & K.K.SONAWANE,JJ.
DATE : 06.12.2018 ORDER:
1] Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 22nd November, 2018, the Registrar [Judicial] has called the status report of SMBJR-2013-2014/81 [Chenalwad Ashwini Baliram]. In response to the same, respondent no.2 communicated to the Registrar [Judicial] that, the tribe claim of the petitioner will be decided by respondent no.2, by the end of December, 2018. In that view of the matter, in our opinion, further adjudication of this Petition is not necessary.
However, protection needs to be granted to the petitioner, till the decision is taken by the Committee.
2] In that view of the matter, no coercive action be taken against the petitioner on the ground of her failure to submit the tribe validity certificate till the end of December, 2018, or till the decision is taken by the Committee, which would occur first.
3] Needless to observe that, the petitioner shall extend full co-operation to respondent no.2 for early decision of her tribe claim.
4] With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
5] Parties to act upon authenticated copy of this order.
