This is an application for condonation of delay of 613 days caused in filing the application for leave to appeal under Section 378(4) of Code of Criminal Procedure, against the judgment of acquittal delivered by learned Magistrate in the matter of prosecution of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 under the Negotiable Instruments Act.
