It transpires that reply to the vigilance cell report has already been submitted on behalf of the contempt petitioner. Mr. S. K. Tambe, learned AGP appearing on behalf of scrutiny committee states that it would take little more time for hearing and decision.

In the circumstances, it would be expedient that process of decision making is completed and the matter is decided within a
