The civil application is filed for intervention. In the main petition, petitioner has challenged the order of Asstt. Charity Commissioner in proceedings under section 22 of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act. The order of the Jt. Charity Commissioner confirming the order of Asstt. Charity Commissioner is also under challenge.

The applicant in civil application is devotee and wants to intervene in the petition to bring on record the alleged corruption in the Trust. Admittedly, the applicant was not party to the proceedings before the Assistant and Jt. Charity Commissioner. The allegations sought to be made by the applicant are not relevant for the purpose of determining validity of the impugned order. If the applicant has any grievance, he has right to file application separately. The applicant has no right to participate in the said proceedings. The civil application is therefore rejected.
