Way back in August, 2012, the applicants herein were permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited in this Court; 50% on undertaking and balance on furnishing bank guarantee. It has been eight years since passing of the said order, the applicants could not furnish the bank guarantee.

In view of the above, said order is modified. Instead of bank guarantee, the balance amount be paid to the applicants, on furnishing solvent security/surety.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
