We have heard the learned counsel for applicant and the learned Assistang Government Pleader for non applicants. Keeping all points and contentions raised by the non applicants open, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C' on condition office objections are removed within a period of three (03) weeks from today.
