After arguing the matter for quite some time, learned advocates for the appearing parties resile to a situation wherein there can be a direction to the trial court to dispose of the suit expeditiously. The suit is stated to be pending at the stage wherein issues have been framed.

In view of aforesaid, it may not be necessary to go into merits of the writ petition and the writ petition is being disposed of with following order.

Regular Civil Suit No.275 of 2012 pending before Civil Judge, Junior Division, Ashti be decided as expeditiously as
