The application for temporary bail submitted before the learned Sessions Judge has been rejected. After the rejection of temporary bail application, the applicant approached this Court.

Learned APP and learned counsel for the complainant submits that bail not sought on parity before the Sessions Court. Therefore, the appropriate remedy is available to the applicant to move an application on the ground of parity. Learned counsel for the complainant also states that the application for the cancellation of bail of co-accused, who has

901-BA.806-21.odt been granted bail is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and listed for 26.04.2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that since the applicant is seeking bail on parity, he did not press the present application and file a fresh application on the ground of parity before the Sessions Court. Therefore, bail application may be disposed of.

In view of above, bail application stands disposed of. 6.
