Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending consideration before the Committee since the year 2017.

Learned AGP accepts notice for both the respondents. In case, the validation proceedings are pending before the Scrutiny Committee, Respondent-Committee shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 25.06.2019.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
