A' as under :- "A. By issuing the writ of mandamus or any other writ in the like nature, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct that, the respondent No.2 shall enquire into the Dispute application dated 06.04.2022 filed by the petitioner under section 39 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act expeditiously, and submit report to Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad for further decision." khs/Sept.2022/7904

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction that respondent No.2 shall consider the dispute application dated 06.04.2022 filed by the petitioner after granting adequate/reasonable opportunity of hearing to all those concerned with the said dispute and by following the due procedure of Law. Respondent No.2 shall prepare his report and forward it to the competent authority, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 8 weeks from today. ( ARUN R.
