In compliance of the orders dated 30th September, 2016 and 13th January, 2017, Vitthal s/o Chagansing Rajput, Assistant Police Inspector, Police Station Ambad, District Jalna has filed affidavit stating therein that he has personally visited the village Tisgaon, Tq. Pathardi, District Ahmednagar and procured death certificate in respect of the appellant. As per the death certificate, the appellant died on 2.1.2005.

In view of death of the sole appellant in the case, the appeal stands abated.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of as abated.
