In all these four matters, the Petitioner Bank is before us praying for a direction to the concerned Tahasildars to implement the orders passed by the District Magistrate under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

It is well settled that the District Magistrate has to pass an order within 30 days, under Section 14. Once such order is passed, the responsibility lies on the office of the District Magistrate to ensure that the physical possession of the property is taken and handed over to the secured creditor. 3.

In view of the above, all these Writ Petitions are disposed off with a direction to the office of the concerned District Magistrate to ensure that it's orders are complied with and implemented, on or before 31.07.2024 kps (Y. G. KHOBRAGADE, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
