Heard learned counsel for applicants and learned APP for State.

Applicants being members of an unlawful assembly, in prosecution of common object, mounted assault on complainant and his family members, by weapons like sticks and Iron Rods. Out of three, two had sustained grievous injuries on vital parts of the body. FIR, prima-facie suggest complicity of the applicants in the crime. In consideration of the nature of the injuries and the gravity of the offence, the custodial interrogation of applicants cannot be denied to police.
