Heard Mr. Bide, learned Counsel for the petitioner.

In response to the simple notice issued by this Court vide order dated 11th July, 2019, an affidavit in reply is filed on behalf of respondent No.3 by Smt. Ujwala Kundalik Gadekar, Sub Divisional Officer, Ahmednagar. It is stated in the affidavit in reply that answering respondent has decided the application of the petitioners filed under Section 28-A(2) of the Land Acquisition Act on 14th March, 2019 and award is also passed on the same day.

Mr. Rajale, learned Counsel for respondent No.4 submits that in view of award passed by the competent authority, respondent No.4 would take appropriate steps to disburse the amount of compensation as early as possible.

The statement made to this Court is accepted as an undertaking.

The order dated 24th November, 2018 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.7078 of 2018 is duly complied with. The contempt petition is disposed of accordingly.
