It is not in dispute that applicant was child in conflict with law, as on the date of the alleged offence. Evidently, applicant was apprehended on 14th June, 2020. Investigating Officer got applicant medically examined from the Government Hospital and released him. Admittedly, he was not produced before the Juvenile Justice Board.

Learned APP for State submits that the parents of applicant were instructed to produce applicant before Juvenile Justice Board, however, they did not produce him. 3.

Be that as it may, learned counsel for applicant, on instructions, submits that applicant shall surrender to officer incharge/investigating Officer, Shrigonda Police Station on 22nd July,

906aba729.21 2021 at 10.30 a.m., whereafter, the Investigating Officer shall produce applicant before the Juvenile Justice Board immediately. 4.

In view of this statement, I am not required to deal with this application.

Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6.

Learned APP assured this Court that the concerned Investigating Officer shall produce applicant before the Juvenile Justice Board on 22nd July, 2021. The assurance is taken as undertaking to this Court.

Pending application, the learned Sessions Judge vide order dated 19th June, 2021, had granted interim pre-arrest protection to the applicant. This protection is continued till 22nd July, 2021.
