Learned AGP Shri Chate points out that the petitioners have revisional remedy in terms of section 9 of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014. For this purpose he places reliance on the orders of this Court in Writ Petition No. 5362/2017 in the matter of Vishwanath Marotrao Ganjre vs. Divisional Joint Registrar and others decided on 28th August, 2018 and Writ Petition No. 6612/2019 in the matter of Gangubai Hari Kale vs. The State of Maharashtra and others decided on 10th June, 2019.

Learned counsel Shri Jadhav holding for Shri Pawar, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of this petition with liberty to seek alternate remedy.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Petitioners are at liberty to pursue alternate remedy as provided in law. All contentions of all the parties are kept open.
