Affidavit has been filed on behalf of Assistant Commissioner of Police, Aurangabad - Balaji Raghunath Sontakke stating that the petitioner would be shifted from Aurangabad Central Prison to District Prison Dhule on 25.07.2022. Now, the learned APP submits that he has received written instructions from the prison authority that yesterday the petitioner has been shifted in view of the escort made available. Under such circumstance, the purpose of the petition has been served. It needs to be disposed of. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
