Mr.Patil, learned counsel submits that the transfer order dt.14.5.2013 is erroneous and is not in consonance with the Government Resolutions. For inter District transfer, a person has to complete 10 years and before that only transfer orders are issued. The procedure has not been followed.

Mr.Kutti, learned counsel for Zilla Parishad submits that the transfer orders are issued on 14.5.2015 after following the proper procedure and after reconciliation. The academic term has commenced.

We have considered the submissions. The academic session

has already commenced. The petitioner has also joined on the transferred place. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have given representations. There are vacancies available.

In view of the fact that the representations are pending, we pass the following order :

a) The Respondent No.2 shall decide the representations given by the petitioners at page Nos.(19,20,21,22,26,28) and such other representations as may have been filed, on its own merits in accordance with its policy expeditiously, preferably within three (3) months. The petitioners may represent themselves before the Respondent No.2.

b) The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
