Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. In pursuance to the order dated 12th January, 2016, respondent nos. 3 and 4 have filed undertaking. In paragraph No.3 of the said undertaking, it is stated that, the next vacancies for the post of Peon would be available on 31st May, 2020, after retirement of Shri Narayan Hiraman Patil, and that, the deponent is ready to appoint the present petitioner on the post of Peon subject to approval by the Education Officer. 2.

We make it clear that as and when the first vacancy would arise in future, or when vacancy would be available on 31st May, 2020, on retirement of Shri Narayan Hiraman Patil, whichever is earlier, the petitioner should be given appointment on the post of Peon subject to approval by the Education Officer.

The petition is disposed of in above terms.
