Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicants seek bail in Crime No.314 of 2024, registered with Navapur Police Station, District Nandurbar for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 447, 143, 147, 149, 323, 504 and 506 of the IPC read with Section 37(1)(3) and 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act.

The injured and the accused were the relatives. The incident took place in the field. The applicants have been
allegedly caused injury to the first informant and the father of the first informant. They were treated in the private hospital and discharged from the private hospital. The weapons have been recovered. It seems to be a family dispute. The material investigation has been completed. Nothing is to be recovered from them. Merely keeping them behind bar would serve no purpose. Trial may take its time. There are no antecedents to their discredit. In the circumstances, it would be inappropriate to keep them behind bar. However, to protect the interest of the prosecution, certain conditions may be imposed. Hence, the following order :
O R D E R
(i) Bail Application is allowed.
(ii) Applicant Nos.1 RAVINDRA ANJI GAVIT, 2.NARPAT RAVINDRA GAVIT, 3. ROHIDAS RAVINDRA GAVIT, 4. ROHIT RAVINDRA GAVIT and 5. RAFIK RAVINDRA GAVIT be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of like amount each, on the following conditions :
(a) They shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
(b) They shall attend the Police Station as and when called by the Investigating Officer on written notice.
(c) They shall stay away from village Sonare for three months from the date of their release.
