Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, does not press the petition, in view of the fact that in relation to the suit property, another civil suit bearing Special Civil Suit No.72 of 2012, is pending on the file of Civil Judge Senior Division, Dhule. In view thereof, learned Counsel seeks liberty to approach the learned Principal District Judge, for clubbing the present suit i.e. Special Civil Suit No.49 of 2013 with the same. Liberty granted.
