Mr.Deshmukh, learned counsel states that permission be granted to admit the students with the new intake capacity. Mr.Adwant, learned counsel opposes the same and states that there is no permission granted for increase in intake capacity or for new courses in various subjects as prayed.

Unless there is a permission from the competent authority entitling the applicant to admit the students, this Court can not permit the applicant to admit the students. Some of the prayers in the application are prayers made in the Writ Petition itself.

Considering the above, the Civil Application stands rejected.
