Learned A.G.P. states that the proposal of the petitioner for opening new College is rejected under letter dated 18.8.2016 and the same has been communicated to the concerned University with instructions to inform the same to the concerned institution.

Mr.Jadhavar, learned advocate submits that till date, the petitioner has not been informed about the rejection of proposal. As the proposal is already rejected, the prayer made in the petition would not survive. The petitioner may get the copy of the letter of rejection of the proposal from the University and may take appropriate steps to assail the same as may be permissible in law.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
