Learned counsel for the applicants points out the order dated 20th October, 2020 and refers to that a written intimation has been given to learned counsel for respondent No.5 about today's placement of matter on board. Despite the same, no appearance has been caused on behalf of respondent No.5. He submits that, under present application, amendment to writ petition has been sought with a view to have incorporation of subsequent events. Having regard to the same, and as there is no particular resistance, civil application is granted in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B) and is disposed of.
