It appears that Respondent-husband has deposited the arrears of maintenance and, therefore, there is no grievance on that count. However, learned Counsel for the applicants pressed this application only to the extent of prayer clause "D". The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that on some occasion, Respondent-husband has deposited the amount of monthly maintenance directly in the bank account of applicant no.1-wife instead of depositing in the trial Court. But, the Respondent-husband has now deposited the amount of maintenance before the trial Court.

{2} ca656520.odt The learned Counsel for the Respondent-husband, on instructions, submits that the Respondent-husband has no objection to deposit/transfer the amount towards monthly maintenance in the bank account of applicant no.1-wife. In view of the above, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "D" and disposed of accordingly. Writ Petition be posted for hearing on 14th December, 2020.
