The only grievance put forth by the petitioner is that he was suspended on 17.08.2021 pending the disciplinary proceedings and the said suspension has been continued till date. He has been served with the charge-sheet on 18.04.2022 and the departmental enquiry has commenced.

The learned advocate representing the respondents/ Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon, submits, on specific telephonic instructions from the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, General Administration Department, Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon, Smt.Sneha

*2* 902wp6994o22 Kudche, that the suspension of the petitioner would be withdrawn within one week and the enquiry would be conducted in accordance with law.

The learned advocate for the petitioner, though submits that there has been violation of his legal rights, is satisfied that the suspension is being withdrawn. 4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed off.

Needless to state, all contentions of the petitioner in relation to the charge-sheet issued to him and the departmental enquiry, are kept open.
