DHAVALE, JJ Date : 26TH JUNE, 2018 PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of by directing respondent No.2 committee to take decision on the appeal presented by the petitioner, agitating her grievance regarding issuance of tribe certificate, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two weeks from today and it is accordingly directed. It is informed that the father of the petitioner has been granted validation certificate and as such, there shall be no difficulty in issuance of tribe certificate to the petitioner, which would, of course, be subject to verification by the competent scrutiny committee.

With the directions as above, the writ petition is disposed of.
