Leave to correct paragraph 3 of the compromise terms, as the parties who are personally present have agreed thereto. 2.

The matter pertains to custody of child Harshal who is ten years of age.

Unfortunately, the son of appellant No.1 died leaving behind son Harshal and daughter Rupali. Harshal is with appellant No.1 Raghunath whereas Rupali is with widow of Krushna - Sangeeta, who are residing at separate places.

In the interest of children, the parties hereto have agreed with the consent terms which are reduced into writing and verified by the respective parties.

Parties hereto have expressed the consent terms in vernacular before this Court in the presence of their lawyers and have accepted and admitted the same.

As such, the present appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise. ( N.W. SAMBRE, J.) vvr
