This application is filed for condonation of delay and bringing on record names of heirs and legal representatives of deceased respondent no. 5 after setting aside abatement. 2.

Notice was issued to the heirs and legal representatives of deceased respondent no. 5. Officer remark shows that notice is served upon the heirs and legal representatives of deceased respondent no. 5. None appears for them.

There is no opposition to the present application for deceased respondent no. 5. Hence, prayer clause 'b' of the Civil Application is allowed. Prayer clause 'b' reads thus : 1/2

Delay of 585 days in presenting an application for bringing L.Rs. of Respondent No. 5 Sakharam and same may kindly be condoned and the abatement of appeal against him may kindly be set aside."

Notice was issued to the heirs and legal representatives of deceased respondent no. 6. Notice is served upon them. 6.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'c', which reads thus :
