The petitioner prays that the representation dated 30/12/2020, filed with the office of respondent No.3, be considered on it's merits and a decision be delivered. The request of the petitioner is, that the Revenue Authorities should issue an NA 44 order to the parcel of land mentioned in the representation. 2.

The learned A.G.P. submits that respondent No.3 could decide the said proposal within four weeks.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with a direction to respondent No.3, to decide the representation of the petitioner, dated 30/12/2020, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, on or before 25/08/2022.

Needless to state, we have not expressed any opinion as regards the merits of the representation and respondent No.3 would arrive at a decision, strictly in accordance with the provisions of law.
