Heard the learned counsel for the applicants, learned APP for the respondent-State and learned counsel for respondent No.2/injured.

The applicants are seeking bail in Crime No.110 of 2023, registered at Bhadgaon Police Station, Taluka Bhadgaon, District Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504 and 506 of the IPC, Section 4/25 of the Arms Act and Sections 37(1)(c) and 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act.

The weapons allegedly used in the crime have been recovered. Learned counsel for respondent No.2/injured states that the injured has no grievance against the applicants. Hence, for future good relations, the dispute has been amicably settled. That apart, the material investigation has been completed. The detention of the applicant would serve no purpose. Hence, they deserve bail. Hence, the following order :
O R D E R
(i) Bail Application is allowed.
(ii) Applicant Nos.1. RAVINDRA SHANKAR RATHOD,
2. PRAKASH SHANKAR RATHOD, 3. MOHAN SHANKAR RATHOD and 4. YUVRAJ SHANKAR RATHOD, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of the like amount each, in Crime No.110 of 2023, registered at Bhadgaon Police Station, Taluka Bhadgaon, District Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504 and 506 of the IPC, Section 4/25 of the Arms Act and Sections 37(1)(c) and 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act.
(iii) Criminal Application No.2020 of 2023 to assist the learned APP is allowed.
