The only grievance put forth by the petitioner in this petition is, that respondent No.2 should scrutinize the proposal forwarded by the Zilla Parishad for granting the deemed date of promotion to the petitioner, which is 28/03/2007. 2.

The learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad, placed on record copies of two communications. Firstly, that the respondent No.2 conveyed to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed vide communication dated 05/08/2022, to submit the impressions of the Zilla Parishad as regards justification for

7269.22wp (2) granting the deemed date of promotion to the petitioner. The said communication is marked as 'X-1' for identification. Secondly, the Zilla Parishad, Beed has replied to respondent No.2 vide communication dated 16/11/2022, tendering the justification in accordance with the records available. Based on such justification, respondent No.2 has to pass a formal order. The said communication is marked as 'X-2' for identification. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, by directing respondent No.2 to scrutinize the justification tendered by the Zilla Parishad, in the light of the records and pass an appropriate order, on or before 10/01/2023, on it's own merits.
