This petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent No.2 Committee to take decision on the appeal tendered by the petitioner against the order passed by the SubDivisional Officer, refusing to issue the tribe certificate to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from today and it is accordingly directed. Writ Petition is disposed of.
