By present application, the applicant is seeking to quash abatement order passed against respondent No.1-since deceased and to permit the applicant to bring on record the legal representatives of respondent No.1. The applicant has also prayed for condonation of delay. 02.

It appears that respondent No.1 has expired on 04.09.2013. The applicants got knowledge in March, 2014, when the legal representatives of respondent No.1 filed application to bring them on record in the appeal filed by respondent No.1 against same impugned order. 03.

In the above circumstance, when the applicant has got knowledge in the month of March, 2014, it will be appropriate to condone the delay so also to permit the applicant to bring on record the legal representatives of respondent No.1.
