The learned A. G. P. raises a preliminary objection that, the petitioner has a remedy of appeal under the provisions of Zilla Parishad Discipline and Appeal Rules.

In light of that, though Mr. Savale the learned counsel for the petitioner sought to canvass submissions on merit we are not inclined to consider the same. Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions kept open.
