Heard finally at admission stage with the consent of learned counsel for the respective parties.

Petition bearing Writ Petition No. 5619/2018 presented by real sister of the petitioner has been allowed by this Court by order dated 12.06.2018. For the reasons recorded in the aforesaid writ petition, instant petition also deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed.

Impugned orders passed by the Sub Divisional Officer as well as respondent no. 2 Scrutiny Committee are quashed and set aside. Respondent no. 3 - Sub Divisional Officer is directed to issue tribe certificate in prescribed proforma as requested by petitioner within a period of one week from today. It is reiterated that the observations made in the aforesaid petition i.e. Writ Petition No. 5619/2018 which are the basis of allowing the instant petition are of a prima facie nature and it would be open for the Scrutiny Committee to arrive at appropriate finding while considering the claim for issuance of validation certificate. 5.
