By this petition, the petitioner seeks direction to hand over investigation of Crime No.304/2018 registered with Tuljapur Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 465, 468, 120B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, to Economic Offence Wing, Osmanabad.

The learned A.P.P. submits that the charge-sheet is already filed in the matter.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that in view of filing of charge-sheet, he will seek remedy of approaching the learned trial Court seeking further investigation by the appropriate agency. He, therefore, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Criminal Writ Petition with liberty to approach the trial Court.

Criminal Writ Petition is therefore disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.

The amount of Rs. 50,000/- deposited by the petitioner be refunded to him.
