Mr. Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal seeking continuation to the service of the petitioner as assistant teacher is pending with the respondent No. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and submits that, the authority would decide the proposal, if it is pending with it. 3.

In case proposal seeking approval to the continuation of services of the petitioner as assistant teacher (Exhibit - B) is

2 wp 7350.19 pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today.
